My Recommended Plans for Sightseeing in Japan

My foreign friend and his friend will visit here soon and I have looked for some interesting plans to go sightseeing together.
Some of them were unfortunately already booked or my family welcomed another foreign friend before, but I'd like to challenge next time.

   You can make your own knives between 8000- 15000yen for a knife.
   Sakai city in Osaka is famous for knives.
   It was already booked... I feel very sorry.

今週にフィンランドからお友達が来るので、どこを観光しようかここ数週間、いろいろ考えていました。

大阪の堺でマイ包丁をお手軽価格で作れたり、３０００円で２点の陶器を作れたり、ワンコインで日本酒の利き酒が出来たり、なかなか面白いと思ったもののサイトを添付しています。
ほとんどが日本語のサイトなので、見て下さい～～
あと載せてないのですが、京都の御所や桂離宮などの宮内庁管轄の施設も予約が必要ですが、参観出来るのですね。
今回は予約がいっぱいで無理だったあ～～！
春の桜の時期の桂離宮・・・良いと思いませんか？？
気付くのが遅かったあ…トホホ…。

My Friend's Present of Easter Basket

Yesterday, I got a box that my American friend sent to me.

My younger daughter was very delightful to get and open it soon.

We enjoyed hiding and looking for eggs in our house.


友だちが昨日、イースターエッグを送って来てくれました。
これを家中に隠して、エッグ探し。

Spring Has Come in My Yard!!

Everything starts in April here and we have been looking forward to getting a new grade and  life.

I found the spring in my little yard.

Our apricot tree has begun to bloom!!

This is green peas, they have bloomed a lot and we'll start picking them soon.

The spring cabbages are so sweet and soft.

When we eat raw cabbages for salad, we can enjoy how sweet they are!!

This is strawberries, though they have only flowers.

All of my family are looking forward to eating them, ahaha. 

This is strawberries that my parents in law bought for us.

Japanese strawberries are famous for very softness and sweetness.

There are many kinds of strawberries in Japan, but this is "KOTOKA", 古都華”, which is produced in Nara prefecture newly and introduced on TV because of the sweetness.

They tasted very good !!

うちの庭で春を見つけたよ～
北海道から帰って来たら、アンズの木に花が一部咲いていました。
それから今日、初めてスナップエンドウが５つ採れました。
キャベツも収穫し、外の固そうな所は焼きそばに使いました。
いちごも花が咲きだしました。

上のいちごの写真は、旦那の両親が買って持って来てくれたものです。
品種は古都華、最近売り出した奈良産のいちごです。
テレビでも紹介されていたけれど、その甘さにビックリ！！
いちごの食べ比べをしたけれど、一番おいしかったです。

Family trip to Hokkaido for ski and sightseeing~

My family went to Hokkaido last weekend, from March 19 to 23.
I made a video for my family as a memory with photos of my family and scenes there.
I'd like to share it with my friends, too!!
(So it has a Japanese message to my daughter, don't pay attention to it...)


My son stayed home because of his club at school, my husband and daughters visited there.
I could meet my best friend for the first time during this 7 years, who has known during our whole lives,   

I'd feel happy if  you could enjoy it♪

先週の３連休に、北海道に旅行に行ってきました。
息子はクラブがあるため、お留守番。娘二人と私たち夫婦で行って来ました。
私は幼なじみ家族に７年ぶりに会えたし、その間、子どもたちはスキーを楽しめたし、
楽しい３連休になりました。  
その時の写真をYouTubeにアップしました。
