The First Day of Hokkaido

My family except my son went to Hokkaido during 3 days from March 19-21. March 21 is a national holiday in Japan. 
Since my son has been busy with his school club, he stayed at home alone, which made me sad but he had his own life here.

We got to a hotel in the center of Sapporo early evening on March 19, so we just only went shopping to the famous Nijo market street in order to get and deliver fresh seafood. But all shops were already closed...
There were many crabs.

We went out to eat dinner after. Though I wanted to go to a charcoal restaurant, we had no idea which restaurant was good. So we went into a izakaya restaurant we found while exploring around.

　　

This beer is a local one in Sapporo, it seems to follow and be made according to the German beer's way.  If you like beers I'd like you to try it once.

And dishes we ate there...

Salad with a lot of vegetables and fried chicken. / "Tsukune", or meatballs with some toppings

NABE: 
We often have a nabe party in Japan. It's good especially in winter, which makes us warm

Nabe, or Japanese dish that many kinds of vegetables, seafood and meat are boiled in a soup.

We ate all of ingredients and put noodles, but the soup was so delicious that we put rice into it, too. We could eat all of them!

We were tested whether we could do the performance by a Japanese comedian named "Kasuga", who was the one of "Odori" and the performance is "Onigawara".
But she was correct, and I was a wrong performance.
We like fun things and joking a lot.

On the second day, my family went skiing, while I met the best friend that we have been good friends during whole our whole lives. I'll upload about it tomorrow... I have been very tired today.

この３連休に家族で北海道に行って来ました。
とはいっても、息子だけ、クラブのため家で１人お留守番だったし、急遽旅行を企画したので、大阪からの飛行機は取れなくて、名古屋のセントレア空港から出発。我が家からセントレアまで高速で３時間かかりました・・・。

千歳空港に着いたのが、夕方遅く・・・。ホテルは二条市場のすぐ近くだったので、覗いてみたけれど、やはりほとんど閉まってる。
そこで晩御飯を食べに行くことにしました。炉端焼きに行きたかったけれど、すっごく寒かったので断念、歩いて見つけた居酒屋に入りました。
だけど、すごく美味しかったので、大満足～大いに呑んで、食べて、ホテルに帰宅。
車＆飛行機の長旅は疲れました。

二日目は娘と旦那はスキーに、私だけ幼なじみと小樽観光をしました。
それは明日アップしますね～
