Shouyu udon

The second SAMUKI UDON restaurant named "OGATAYA" in Kagawa, it's only 15 min drive from the first one.

This restaurant is famous for "shouyu udon", or soy sauce noodles.

We enjoyed udon with grated white radish, a piece of "sudachi" like a lemon, green onions, sesame and special soy sauce.

If you like, you can put grated ginger, too.

But be careful the bottom of radishes are a little hot for kids



2軒目は、おがた家(漢字が出てこない...)

 ここはしょうゆうどんが美味しいそうです。

1軒目から車で15分ほど。暖房が効いてなかったので、かなり寒かったけど、味は間違いなく本物でした

ただ、大根は部位によって、ムッチャ辛いのもあるので、お子様には要注意です
