Japanese Cooking : Miso Grilled Marckerel



Today recipe is about Grilled fish in Miso, one of Japanese seasonings.にこにこにこにこ
I cooked Mackerel this time, but you can arrange any fish, I think.

1. Place fish into a container of Miso soup.
   The ingredients are following.

1 fillet mackerel
2 Tbsp = 30ml(cc) Miso
2 Tbsp = 30ml(cc) Mirin, you can use wine for mirin, too
2 Tbsp = 30ml(cc) Sake
1 tsp = 5ml(cc) sugar
1/2 tsp = 2ml(cc) soy sauce


2. Keep 1 in a refrigerator for at least 3 hours, I left it for a few days.
   It's very delicious to stay longer and longer.

3. Before you grill it, wipe miso well.
   If there are some miso on it, it becomes easy to burn.

4. Grill it in low heat well and arrange the fish.
