This recipe is how to cook the Beef udon, or steamy bowl of hot noodles soup.
My friend in Europe asked me how to cook it and I want to share this recipe with others here, too. I hope you can find these ingredients in a supermarket near your places.
While I'm writing this blog, I'm feeling like to eat it for tomorrow's breakfast!!

Ingredients for 2 persons
2 pacages of Udon ( I like Sanuki noodles.)
Sliced beef ( My friend used pork.) 100g
Sliced onion 1/2 onion
For beef
※ water 50cc
※ 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
※ 1 Tbsp Sugar
※ 2 Tsp Milin
For soup
☆ 800cc water
☆ 2 Tbsp Dashinomoto *
☆ 4 Tbsp Mirin
☆ 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
For toppings
Green onion for taste
Shichimi Togarashi for taste *
Some slices of Narutomaki ( fish cakes )
How to cook
1. Boil ※ seasonings and sliced onion in a pot until onions get worn out.
2. Put meat into 1.
3. The topping meats are finished when they change the color, well-cooked.
4. Boil ☆ ingredients into another pot and then put noodles into it.
Remove it out after boiling again and serve udon and soup.

お友達から肉うどんのレシピを教えてと依頼があったので、レシピをここでアップすることにしました。
現地のスーパーの調味料の写真を見せて貰ったんだけど、私たちがよく目にする調味料はほとんど売っていましたが、調達する材料を極力減らして考え出したレシピを載せています。
書いてるうちに、肉うどんが食べたくなって来た・・・明日の朝ごはんは肉うどんで決まり!!
