Today is the Valentine Day!

This day here is different from that in Western countries, I think.
We have the Happy Valentine on February 14 and the White Day on March 14.
The former is the date when girls give sweets to their favorite boys.
On the other hand, the latter is the date when boys getting the sweets, give something to the girls. It's the date to return presents to the girls.
Recently it's very familiar here that girls give handmade sweets to their friends, we say "tomo-choco", or "friendly chocolates".
Mothers having girls here must have been busy during this weekend.
My daughters had been making sweets since this morning

And they finished now, it's 11:40pm...
I had cooked together until the last Valentine's Day, but they cooperated to plan and make what they wanted by themselves this time.

Though they asked me to help for mixing separated wheat and didn't know how to use a microwave, they followed the recipes and made well.

I'm writing this blog, while thinking about them with admiration.

They did a great work today.

These are photos my kids made by themselves.
