Directions
1. Put a handful of boiled rice lightly into a rice bowl. Push the center of the rice to put favorite stuffing there and cover some more rice on top.
2. Moisten your hands, and spread a small amount of salt over the palms.
3. Transfer the rice in the bowl to one hand, and form into a ball lightly while rolling in both hands. The above recipe is very common way to make onigiri, but I put pinch salt into the rice in a bowl first, before putting stuffing.

We bring Onigiri when we go to picnic or go to school. My son brings a homemade lunch pack and 2 big rice balls everyday.
