We can enjoy a variety of them by changing shapes and stuffing.
1. Put a handful of boiled rice lightly into a rice bowl. Push the center of the rice to put favorite stuffing there and cover some more rice on top.
2. Moisten your hands, and spread a small amount of salt over the palms.
3. Transfer the rice in the bowl to one hand, and form into a ball lightly while rolling in both hands.
